OUR GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK

How decisions are controlled.

Segregation of duties.

Investment decisions, risk oversight and operational execution sit with different officers.

Board oversight.

The board sets investment policy, approves fund structures and reviews performance and risk reporting.

Group-level approvals.

Within each member group, contributions and withdrawals move through a create, confirm and approve chain held by three different officers of that group.

Reporting.

Member groups receive periodic statements and performance reporting on their pooled fund.
