Pooling resources.
Building collective wealth.
Alumni Assets Limited helps groups, associations and cooperatives invest together — turning coordinated contributions into SEC-approved funds with short, medium and long-term tenors built around what your group is saving for.
Built for people who invest together
Regulated & capitalised
Incorporated by the CAC and registered with the SEC to manage Collective Investment Schemes, backed by an approved ₦2 billion share capital base.
Designed for groups
Our schemes are structured for associations, cooperatives and clubs pooling member contributions — not just individual retail accounts.
Tenors that match goals
From short-term liquidity to long-term growth, each fund is mapped to a tenor band so your group can plan around a real time horizon.
One fund, many contributors, one shared outcome
A Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) pools money from a group of investors into a single SEC-approved fund, professionally managed and invested according to the fund's stated objective and tenor.

A fund manager built around the group, not just the individual
Alumni Assets Limited is a Nigerian fund and portfolio management company incorporated by the Corporate Affairs Commission and approved by the Securities & Exchange Commission to operate Collective Investment Schemes. We exist to help associations, cooperatives, alumni bodies and other member groups pool their financial resources into professionally managed funds — turning individual contributions into shared, compounding wealth.
Our Mission
To make professional fund management accessible to groups, by turning pooled member contributions into well-governed, SEC-approved investment schemes.
Our Vision
To be Nigeria's most trusted fund manager for group and association-based investing, known for discipline, transparency and consistent stewardship.
Our Values
Regulatory integrity, prudent stewardship of pooled capital, clear reporting to member groups, and long-term partnership over short-term selling.
From group contributions to a managed fund
Every scheme we run starts with a group — an association, cooperative, or alumni body — that wants to invest together rather than separately. We handle the structuring, regulatory compliance and day-to-day portfolio management; your group retains visibility over how the fund performs.

A Nigerian company, built for a global membership
Alumni Assets is incorporated and regulated in Nigeria today — but the associations, cooperatives and alumni bodies we serve are increasingly spread across continents. We're building the platform to pool member contributions across Africa, Europe, North America and Australasia, in each group's own currency.
In the long run, our plan is to incorporate Alumni Assets entities in each jurisdiction we serve, giving member groups a domestic corporate account to contribute to directly — so funds and returns can stay within members' own region rather than being remitted to and from Nigeria.
This is our roadmap, not our current licensing. Alumni Assets Limited is incorporated and SEC-regulated in Nigeria today (RC 9075155). Onboarding groups in additional jurisdictions — including local incorporation, domestic banking and multi-currency schemes — will follow the applicable regulatory approvals in each market before it goes live there.
The people accountable for your group's fund
